Flostack Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines rules and restrictions for the use of the Flostack platform ("Platform") provided by Harbr, LLC ("Flostack," "we," "our," or "us"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you violate this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice.


1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following activities:

1.1 Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Use

Violating any applicable law or regulation (local, state, national, or international)

Engaging in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices

Promoting or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing

Accessing or attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization

1.2 Harassment, Abuse, or Hate

Threatening, harassing, defaming, or abusing any individual or group

Inciting violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

1.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

Sending unsolicited bulk messages, marketing emails, or SMS messages

Using false or misleading headers, subject lines, or routing information

Violating anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and A2P 10DLC regulations

1.4 Infringing Content or Activities

Uploading or sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others

Violating copyright, trademark, patent, or other legal rights

Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) protections

1.5 Exploitation or Harm to Minors

Collecting, storing, or distributing data from children under 13

Promoting or distributing content that is sexually explicit or abusive involving minors


2. Platform Integrity

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the Platform’s source code

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

Use the Platform to test or benchmark for competitive purposes

Resell access to the Platform without written authorization


3. Fair Usage

To maintain platform performance for all users, we may monitor excessive or abusive usage patterns, including:

Abnormally high API calls or automated requests

Unusually large volumes of outbound communications (email, SMS, voice)

Activities that degrade server or infrastructure performance

We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts that significantly affect Platform stability or violate system thresholds.


4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the actions of your end users, employees, clients, or contractors using your Flostack account. You must ensure that your customers:

Comply with this AUP and applicable laws

Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes

Do not misuse Flostack’s branding, infrastructure, or integrations

You must also:

Maintain valid opt-in records for all marketing and communications sent through the Platform

Clearly disclose your own terms of service and privacy practices to your end users


5. Enforcement & Reporting

Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform. Flostack reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action without notice.

We may update this AUP at any time. The most recent version will be posted at https://getflostack.com and is effective upon publication.
